HAPPY 2017 .....


















Wishing all of my blogging friend's, wherever you are in the world, a very happy New Year and everything that you wish yourselves for 2017 ..... thank you all so much for your comments and friendship and here's to more fun in the new year.

My sister and brother-in-law are coming and I'm pushing the boat out ... lobster starter, beef fillet with asparagus wrapped in pancetta with a beef jus and to finish, Nigella's Turkish Delight Syllabub .... and a drop of Champers and wine, wine, wine !!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE !!!

    I bought a Lobster and some big juicy Scallops for Lady Magnon's recent birthday. I shall be paying off the expense for the next few months!

      It is a good idea isn't it Nick although me, my husband, my sister and brother in law didn't put it into practice !!!!! .... I think we all did it in our younger days ... we all had a quick kiss 'cos we wanted to watch the fireworks .... how our priorities have changed haha !!!!

    Sounds very delicious what you served.
    In Bavaria we tested six different Champagnes, brands but not only one bottle, the party was long - and decided we loved Bond's Champagne, Bollinger, best. Cheers!
