It's that time of year again.......... .......... when we get ready for those cheeky little trick or treaters and have scrummy treats ready on the hall table ..........
.......... and wonderful Halloween dinners for family and friends ..........

.......... with wonderful things to eat and drink ..........
.......... and decorate our houses..... inside and out ..........
.......... and dress the children in original outfits, that are either fun....or embarrassing .........
.......... and dress ourselves up in our own Halloween outfits ..........
.......... and have terrific parties ..........
.......... and drink scary wine ..........
.......... and drink scary wine ..........
.......... and eat scary food ..........
.......... and scary cupcakes ..........but .......... I'm just lulling you all into a false sense of security because ..........

As you know Halloween counts for little here - I know because I have spent the morning trying to find Bat cookie cutters for my daughter to no avail. We are now making Creepcakes to a Ms M Stewart recipe and having to invent people to visit and trick or treat AND its 31 degrees.!! You have posted an image from the scariest movie ever - the Shining - those scary girls now I won't be able to sleep!! have fun xoxo

Everything is cleaned up at our home...pumpkins gone ...all my fall stuff gone...getting ready for the next big thing...Christmas...though I am not one of these ones that decorate now...I wait until the end of November.
