ReplyDeleteHow very proud you must be of your son. Of course, it is always good to receive awards but, when they are professional standards and one is judged to be the best amongst equals then the honour is even greater. Many congratulations to Daniel...AND to his MUM, you have much to be proud of! :)
ReplyDeleteAlso Jackie, I just had to let you know that Wilfy wasn't our dog...he was a fellow blogger's pup, one that many throughout blogland loved...I was just one of the 'many'. Thank you for your sweet comment though, when I found out he passed, I felt as sad as if he had been my own.
A few others have thought he was mine as well so I've put a much clearer link on the post directing everyone to Wilf's site...forgive me...my others were somewhat covert.♥
xoxo J~

ReplyDeleteOh goodness Jackie...your son is SO handsome!!!! You must be SO SO SO proud of having such a talented boy. I can imagine just how excited you were for this honor for him. It is such a wonderful accomplishment for such a young man.
ReplyDeleteI sure didn't know I was friends with such a famous mom : ) Thank you for sharing this with us...it makes me so proud for you!
I hope that the weather has decided to finally behave there for you. It has been the weirdest year and yet I have kind of enjoyed the strangeness of it. It certainly keeps us guessing, doesn't it? From one day to the next, I don't know whether to wear my winter underwear or a light summery blouse...I don't think I'll pack the long-johns away just yet : )
sending much love from here...
Congratulations Jackie!!!! You must be such a proud mum!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Brighton very much! It's a perfect combination of old and new. Regency and Hip. I did contact Jane and Lance, but unfortunately they were not in Budapest last week.
I hope you had a great time at Chelsea? I would love to visit again one day. I went there three/four years ago and enjoyed it very much. At the time I visited it was very busy though and we could hardly see the show gardens. Next time I visit I hope I will be able to accompany one of the members of the Royal Horticultural Society and go on one of the special days organised for them :-).
Wish you a lovely weekend! Enjoy the sun!
