Wishing all of my friends from the States a wonderful Thanksgiving. May you, your families and everyone around your tables, eat, drink, enjoy and be thankful.
Thank you dearest Jackie! We will raise a toast to you my friend! Among the many blessings I am thankful for today is having special friends like you! Take care, Laura
Dear Jacqueline, Thanksgiving Day seems to me to be a wonderful American tradition that we in the UK could embrace as there is so much in all our lives for which we can give thanks.
Happy NON Thanksgiving Jackie to us NON USA residents... The great thing about blogging is these thoughtful customs spread out to all corners of the world.. Have a good one... love the image you've posted!!! I took some similar shots in the hinterlands of an old telephone exchange.. which reminds me of this fabulous collage.. Ok.. ciao ciao xxx Julie
I don't know about you Jackie but I am really craving a turkey sandwich today after watching all the American Thanksgiving festivities. Our Canadian thanksgiving is way too early. I guess I could throw a turkey in the oven. Much love XO
Well if an expat American in Germany qualifies for Thanksgiving wishes, Jackie, then I'm happy to accept them! We didn't celebrate Thanksgiving this year with a big feast; we only do that every few years -- a bit too much work when Thanksgiving Thursday is just a normal working day for everyone here. But I had some nice phone calls with America that day, and I can feel thankful for much. Wishing you a wonderful weekend! (And thanks for your beautiful comment the other day!) XOXO Michael
One of the many things that I am thankful this Thanksgiving is for wonderful thoughtful friends like you! You know us fat Americans, make a holiday to give us a reason to stuff ourselves!
What a thoughtful post. Thank you for lovely Thanksgiving wishes and we are all so thankful for our many blessings which include our wonderful blogging friends all over the world. Happy Thanksgiving to you, as well.
Jackie, cherie, you are a gift and I'm thankful that we have met. I do apologize for being Missing In Action. You know it's not because I don't love everything you do, including you.
Trust me on this one.
Unfortunately I no longer celebrate Thanksgiving and I certainly miss it.
I am feeling a little envious of their day! all that lovely food. Have a nice weekend Jackie!
