    Sending Valentine's Day love and hugs Jackie. The photo is precious - simple twig heart and a pink ribbon says it all.
    Hope PT helps for you - I'm still in pain from herniated disc - injection helped somewhat, now doing exercises at home(the ones I learned at PT!)and hoping TIME helps, don't want surgery!

      Thanks Mary …. I’m a bit late with Valentines wishes but hope you and Bob enjoyed the day. I think I’m coming to the end of physio and will just need to do weights at home but it will never get back to 100% but, I can live with that. I said to the doc, it still hurts a bit and he says it’s only been 8 months ! Takes up to two years ! I so understand about not wanting an operation …… much better to try without but. If all else fails it might be necessary I guess. Sending 💕💕💕💕💕 .XXXX

      My sister made that twiggy heart a few years ago …… it hung on her studio door …. I thought it very apt for Valentines. XXXX

      No worries Susan ……. As I’ve said above, we don’t celebrate Valentines Day but I usually mention it on my blog. The heart wreath is one my sister made for her studio door a few years ago and I took a photograph of it. I thought it was lovely and apt for Valentines. XXXX
