IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN ..........




It's that time again ..... time to buy the tree .....




..... there will be tears !!!!




Every year, I buy one new Christmas decoration ..... the above is this years. 

Hope your Christmas preparations are going well and are tear free ..... I'll keep you posted on the tree buying !!!!!

  2. Just adore the pics. Happy tree hunting. I might just even haul out my box of antique ornaments this year for my feather tree. Like the Polar Express, I can no longer hear the bells.

      Love The Polar Express .... I watch it with our grandson and we have to fast forward one scary bit and I always cry at the bell bit at the end !! XXXX

  7. The first image is gorgeous. I am minimal with my Christmas decor too. Natural elements from the seashore with bare white trees in our sea cottage.

    1. Thanks Lynne ...... we got it yesterday without too much fuss !! I do get my husband to pull thousands out and stand holding them while I make my mind up ..... I'm just as fussy with tins of baked beans !!!! XXXX

I'm sure your home will be decorated beautifully, as always I love your pictures, happy tree hunting, I have to admit I succumbed to an artificial tree awhile ago ( shame on me ) but these days I can't be doing with the mess from falling pine needles. Merry Christmas & enjoy the festive season with your family & friends. xx

    1. Hi Barbara ........ please don't be ashamed. The artificial ones are so good now ..... I just can't give up my real tree yet, and, the needles don't drop much now ..... our tree goes out at the end of Christmas, nearly as good as it comes in !!!!

    We have the same tradition: buying one new item for the tree. The fairy looks lovely!
