OCH AYE ..... I'M OFF TO EDINBURGH .....

We are off to Edinburgh, Scotland, for a few days so, I just thought that I'd let you know, in case you thought that I'd gone off of you, as I won't be commenting for a while. I get a touch of the guilt's when I don't comment. I wonder why that is ? I don't mind when you don't comment on mine, as I know that you are all busy and have many other commitments. I always feel mean, because I know that you have been to a great deal of trouble to write a post and therefore it deserves some recognition
Anyway, I digress.
See you all in a few days, with tales from Scotland.
Jackie

  2. No guilt allowed Jackie! Have a wonderful holiday, hitting the links perhaps? My son got a hole-in-one at St. Andrews when he was 16, I always think of that when I think of Scotland. He didn't get his athletic ability from his mom by the way! Talk when you get back. Much love Xo

  11. Hey Jackie -

Lucky you - a little vaycay, have a great time.

I recently stopped by a new blog and at the top it said, "I never visit a blog without at least leaving a 'hello'.

Now I do the same thing because it really takes only a few seconds
to make someone feel good - and you do it so well.

    See you soon -

  30. Jackie,
Wishing you happy and safe travels! I can hardly wait to see your pictures and hear your tales from the trip. You had asked about my ferns. I have both the hardy ones, that are planted in various garden beds, and the delicate ones, that I take inside to overwinter. The latter are the ones I spoke of. No blogger guilt necessary, my friend.
    XO,
    Anne

  52. Hi Jackie, I hope you've had the most wonderful time in Edinburgh. Did the top hat get an airing? I have an image of you in a totally fabulous jacket (of course) strolling arm in arm with your lovely husband along the cobbled streets. I'm guessing about the streets. Having never been to Edinburgh, I am using the Military Tattoo as my point of reference! Looking forward to hearing all your news. Meredy xo.
p.s. thank you so much for your kind thoughts re Missy Moo, they were extremely appreciated - we're on a bit more of an even keel now thankfully. xo
